But two weeks ago, a DEA operative spotted him at an airport in Laos. Somehow, he escaped — or was extracted — by an unknown organisation.

Now, intelligence confirms he’s working with a brutal Golden Triangle syndicate known as Dok Jed Ba — The Flower of Seven Petals — overseeing heroin production and trafficking routes stretching across the Pacific forging a link between Asia’s Golden triangle and South America’s Narco Road.

Dok Jed Ba is no ordinary cartel. Ruthless, well-financed, and trained to a military standard, they match SPECON in firepower and tactics.

Even more alarming: classified intel suggests El Tiburón’s escape may have been orchestrated from within. A leak — possibly high-level — compromised his detention. The agency is on edge, and trust is eroding fast.

In response, SPECON’s commander, Ada Weissman, has activated a black-ops task force of elite operators.

Their mission: hunt down El Tiburón and dismantle Dok Jed Ba’s growing empire — before it swallows everything in its path.
